About the opportunity


This role sits within Jacobs Technology Services, a team of geospatial, survey and reality capture and visual media experts who are driving digital change for Jacobs and our clients. The team includes over 100 geospatial professionals in Europe, based around hubs in Ireland, the UK and Poland.  

 

As a GIS Analyst, you will work alongside members of a friendly team of established geospatial professionals on a range of data capture, management, analysis, and digital delivery solutions.  With exposure to an expanding range of market sectors and an extensive knowledge pool, you will have the opportunity to deliver dynamic, innovative solutions to varied internal and external clients by thinking both logically and creatively. 


The successful candidate will be based in our Dublin office. 


Here's what you'll need


  • Be working towards a relevant Degree or Masters level qualification, Geospatial, GIS, Geography, Environmental Science, Computer Science, Data Science would be advantageous.

  • A flexible self-starter who is keen to drive your career forward. 

  • Adaptable to change, with a thirst for learning new things. 

  • You must have the permanent right to work in Ireland.

You can still apply after this date if the role remains open to applications.  However, you do so with the knowledge that we may not proceed with your application if the role is filled in the first assessment window.
